Why Working with a Health Coach Works

As a Health Coach, I act as a supportive guide, helping clients set goals and develop a positive mindset around making health & lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing meal plans, or providing a one-size-fits-all approach, I empower and motivate clients to find what foods and lifestyle practices work best for them. During our journey together, I hold clients accountable to their goals while providing a safe space to discover and apply sustainable lifestyle habits.

My Story

Years of processed food, yo-yo dieting, and binge eating led to weight gain, digestive issues, and an overall feeling of dissatisfaction. In my mid-20’s I made the decision to alter my lifestyle and started reading up on health and nutrition. 15 years later I’ve mended my relationship with food, discovered a passion for health and wellness, and decided to pursue Health Coaching to help others live healthier, happier lives.
